Accident
Brian has been trying to teach Ruth to put her hand up to her mouth when she says "uh oh". Last night at dinner Ruth dropped something on the floor and looked at us like she was in trouble (because, hey, let's face it, usually she is). But it was clearly an accident so I said to her, "It's okay. It was an accident." A few minutes later Brian had given Ruth a big piece of chicken to gnaw on and she purposefully threw the chicken on the floor. Immediately, she put her hand to her mouth and said "Ax-ca-dent!" We couldn't help but laugh.

That's awesome. Kids really do know how to make us laugh sometimes.
Don't you love how everything is an accident...as they just look out of the corner of their eye waiting to see what you will do? Sometimes its just too cute to get mad at. :-)
